Nwankwo Simy during a phase of Salernitana's training session

Salernitana loses (and badly) against Bologna FC. In Bergamo against Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio, Filippo Inzaghi will play for saving his spot on the granata’s bench

After the thud in Florence against ACF Fiorentina, Salernitana plays against Bologna at the Arechi stadium a game even worse than the one in Artemio Franchi stadium giving away two goals to Joshua Zirkzee (who scores and thanks) and the victory to the team egregiously coached by Thiago Motta. The goal scored in the second half by Nwankwo Simy is worth little, if not at least to the morale of the Nigerian striker. Too little for Salernitana club, objectively too little for Filippo Inzaghi since sitting on the bench of the granata club.

Since SuperPippo Inzaghi has been sitting on Salernitana’s bench (seven games), the granata have beaten Lazio, drawn in Reggio Emilia against Sassuolo and then only ever lost. Not enough for a team who wants to avoid relegation in B League and with a calendar that, in the upcoming games, put Salernitana against opponents such as Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio, AC Milan, Hellas Verona FC (the most affordable) and Juventus FC.
